What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, organisation, email address, phone number, the cities or locations involved, quantities, specifications, deadline, and any file you attach. We also record the date and time of submission and a reference number generated for that enquiry.

Our web server keeps standard access logs, which may include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it

• To execute a project you appoint us for, and to report its progress to you
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and statutory compliance
• To improve how we respond to enquiries

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with other clients or with unrelated third parties.
• We do not publish your project details, quantities, rates or rollout schedules as marketing material. Public case studies are anonymised, and identifiable work is published only with permission.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing to enquiry contacts.

Who can see it

Access is limited to the COLORUM personnel who need it to respond to or execute your project, plus service providers who host our systems or deliver our email. Where a project requires transport, installation or a specialist vendor, only the information necessary for that task is shared.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or the possibility of one remains active, and thereafter for the period required by applicable accounting and tax rules. You can ask us to delete an enquiry record earlier.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored on our hosting account with access restricted to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send confidential commercial documents, identity documents or payment details through the website form — we will tell you a secure way to send those if needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. If you have a concern we have not resolved, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google’s servers when you view a page.
